2011 Scholarship

The Quannapowitt Players is offering a scholarship of $1000 to a student interested in pursing a major in the theater arts.

To be eligible, a student must be graduating in 2011 from an area high school that is contiguous to Reading and Wakefield, as well as QP family members. This is to pay tribute to the founders of QP who came from these two towns. This includes students from Wakefield, Reading, Melrose, Saugus, Lynnfield, Stoneham, Woburn, Wilmington and North Reading.

The student must have been accepted by an advanced school or college for the September 2011 semester, with a concentration in acting, directing, technical production, musical theater and/or theater education.
